Convenient location near Zona Luz 👍. the food here is tasty, with a nice variety of options to choose from.

it seems like everything was great for us, would recommend it. clean and well-maintained hotel, views are exceptionally good, location is amazing in downtown. the staff are amazing and provide an excellent service. food options are outstanding.

Convenient location, clean and efficient facility. Nice breakfast with many options. Well-stocked bathrooms and working safe. Dependable and quick internet. Staff helpful and kind. Comfy beds and generous pillows. Great value for money. Would return if in the area. Highly recommend local taco stand.

The hotel was big, with very amiable staff and magnificent location on a pedestrian walkway close to many restauarants.

If you are on a short stopover in Villahermosa, this is a convenient place to spend a night. I've tried many hotels in the city already and none have been really outstanding, so considering the price and the location, this is a good option. We left the hotel well-rested and had a good dinner and breakfast in town.

There is really nothing nice or attractive about the hotel, but there is also nothing specific you could complain about.

The breakfast at Olmeca Plaza Urban Express was particularly good and excellent, with yogurt, granola, and baked goods. the hotel's close proximity to Zona Luz made it convenient to visit restaurants after breakfast.

Clean and spacious rooms with great views from the 5th floor. Excellent location close to museums - galleries, and recommended restaurants. Shopping is right outside the door. Vast breakfast options - including hot savory food - pancakes - fruit, and more. Free fruit-flavored water and coffee available all day in the reception area. Helpful and kind staff. Comfy beds with generous pillows and nice sheets.

The double room was really cozy with a super comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep. the bathroom was spotless and had everything I needed, like climate control, a personal safe, and a TV with multiple channels 😊.

The rooms at Olmeca Urban Villahermosa are amazing! They are bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. As a family with two small kids, we had plenty of space to move around and the kids loved the vibrant color scheme.

Personally, I found the showers to be a bit small. However, I understand that this is just my opinion and others may not feel the same way.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event because it provides convenient amenities such as a business center and valet parking. The downtown business district was easily accessible, making it a great location for my work. The hotel facilities, including phones and irons/ironing boards, were useful during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room. It would have been beneficial to have a space where I could conduct business meetings comfortably.
